Roundhay Park Leeds

Only just seen it as I currently have no internet at home but some of my work was featured on It’s Nice That this weekend! It’s Nice That is one of my favourite blogs and they featured my Royal Park Zine in their ‘Things’ section. The photos above are from the article.

You can read it here: www.itsnicethat.com/articles/things-61-3

There’s more info and you can buy the zines here if you wish: www.mattlanedixon.co.uk

I’ve just launched my new website. Running on Cargo premium its a lot cleaner and easier to navigate than my old one. Lots of new work on there as well.
Please have a look and let me know what you think.
Thanks

When exploring an area wearing a flimsy pair of vans and you suddenly notice this by your foot…its maybe time to head home. Don’t want no aids.

Just payed £95 for a day ticket to see essentially one band. At the drive-in. I wasnt even contemplating going to Leeds festival as I think its overpriced and the line up is usually balls. However, as soon as at the drive-in got confirmed I knew I didnt have a choice haha.
Nearly £100 to see my all time favourite band. Worth it?
Honestly though, i think the Sunday is the worst day of all three. Im maybe interested in 3 of the bands who play on that day other than atd-i. Hopefully there will be some better announcements nearer the time for the NME and punk tents.

I have recently started working at Rabbit Hole, a branding and digital design studio in Leeds. Its going good so far and I think its going to be a really good place to work.

The other cool thing about it is that their studio is based in the amazing Duke Studios, a new, multidisciplinary creative space in Leeds’ city centre. The images above are where I work. The space is divided into separate studios for each company by these brilliant cardboard walls. Its a very collaborative space and there’s a good mix of designers, architects, pr and social media companies, as well as freelancers, all under the one roof.

It will be open fully within the next few months so I’ll post some images once it’s official!
